Content Removal Policy

At Lovefy, we are committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all users. As part of our dedication to upholding legal, ethical, and community standards, we have established a Content Removal Policy that governs the type of content generated through our platform. While we support users’ freedom of expression, we strictly prohibit the generation, sharing, or distribution of illegal or harmful content.

Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content depicting child abuse, exploitation, or any material that exploits minors.
• Content that promotes or depicts bestiality or animal abuse.
• Content involving explicit depictions of non-consensual activities, including sexual assault or any other actions that undermine consent.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.

Users found generating or attempting to generate such content will have their access to the platform suspended immediately, and depending on the severity of the violation, further legal action may be taken. Banishment for violating these terms will be permanent and final, without the possibility of reactivation of the user’s account, regardless of whether the violation is a first-time or repeated offense.

If you believe that any content generated through the Lovefy platform violates these policies, we encourage you to report it immediately. You can contact us at support@lovefy.ai or use the "Report" function directly in the app to notify our team. Upon receiving such a report, we will investigate and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

This policy covers user reports involving content that may be offensive, inappropriate, or personally distressing — including, but not limited to, content that unintentionally resembles real individuals.

It is intended for concerns that do not clearly fall under our Blocked Content Policy, which governs the automatic moderation of strictly prohibited content such as child abuse, non-consensual acts, or hate speech.
