Underage Policy

Date of Revision: 25/06/2025

Access to and use of our Services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or older where the legal age of majority in the user's jurisdiction exceeds 18. By using the APP, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age under the laws applicable to your place of residence or billing address, and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

The determination of the user's legal age is based on the billing address provided during the payment process. In jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is higher than 18, the higher threshold shall apply. Users below the applicable legal age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using our Services under any circumstances. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from individuals under the applicable legal age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without verified parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and suspend the associated account.

This policy is based on the prevailing international standard of majority, which in most jurisdictions—including under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States, and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) in Brazil—recognizes 18 years of age as the minimum legal age for contractual capacity and access to age-restricted digital content. Users, or their legal representatives, who provide false information regarding their age or jurisdiction assume full civil and, where applicable, criminal liability for any consequences arising from unauthorized access. Lovefy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate access to any user found to be in violation of this provision.
